Where are you located? |

We are a commercial home-based bakeshop located in Hopatcong, NJ. Our home is located on a residential street. By town regulations, we do not have a storefront. |

How do I place an order? |

Orders can be placed by calling us at 973.601.7990 or by clicking Contact Us and filling out the form. Be sure to include the items you wish to order and the day you would like delivery. If you call and we are unable to answer the phone, we urge you to leave a message and we will respond to your call shortly. |

Do I have to place an order in advance or do you have items available for immediate purchase? |

We prefer and request that orders be placed with reasonable advance notice because each dessert is prepared individually. Because we are not a full service or high volume bakery, we have the ability to make our baked goods fresh for each order. In order to allow enough time to prepare each dessert, we must arrange our work schedule accordingly.

How do I pay for my order? |

Why are your baked goods priced differently than other local bakeries? |

|
We are a specialty gourmet bakeshop and provide many items that local bakeries do not. We also choose not to use anything other than pure natural ingredients which include 100% butter, pure vanilla extract and beans, and fresh seasonal fruits and vegatables. All of the techniques used to create our desserts have been learned under the tutelage of professional chefs who have personally trained in some of the most prestigous pastry institutes in the world, including Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, France. What makes us different is that our desserts are of a finer quality than what you would find in your local supermarket or high volume bakery. |

Why is my specialty cake priced differently than so and so's specialty cake? |

Pricing for a specialty cake is dependent upon several factors including cake type and size, filling(s), icing, decorations and the time it takes to perform the detailed decorative work. For these reasons, specialty cakes may be priced differently than other cakes we have done in the past. Please understand that specialty cakes take a great deal of time and effort to create and will be priced accordingly. |

We can cater a full menu of desserts for any occasion, including weddings, showers and childrens parties. |

Is your bakeshop licensed or certified? |

Yes. This is one of the benefits of having a pastry chef in your neighborhood. Give me a call and I would be happy to help you out with your dessert dilemma. I was once asked by an instructor what the word "desserts" is when spelled backwards? The answer is stressed. I take pride in taking the "stress" out of desserts for you. |
