One Part Sugar is a Specialty Bakeshop located in Hopatcong, NJ. It is owned and operated by Kim LaBrunda, a professionally trained pastry chef.
After spending most of my career in the business world, I decided to take the chance to do what I love the most. Baking. So off I went to culinary school and learned to bake the artisan way and placed at the top of my class in pastry arts while earning the Certificat de Patisserie at HCCC. I then decided to combine the artisan methods of classical French pastry chefs with my traditional homestyle Italian tastes and opened One Part Sugar. To me, my passion for baking has always been about making my family and friends happy. Now, with One Part Sugar, I have a unique opportunity to extend that same passion to you, my neighbors.
